Custom Wines

We will create a signature custom wine for you after consulting with our tasting specialist. The cask will produce between 27 and 29 bottle of your signature wine.

The Process

• Select Wine Type — Extensive wine tasting with an experienced winery staff. Once you have selected the wine you want for your cask our expert staff will begin the process within 24 hours if the juice is in stock.
• Determine Labeling — After the tasting you will discuss the process of customizing your very own label for your wine.
• Fermentation — Our vintners will nurture your wine through the fermentation process over the next 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the type of wine you've selected.
• Pick up — You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up.
• Take Wine Home — Your wine will be ready to drink on the day you pick up but we do encourage you to set it aside for about 6 months before drinking.  (If you can wait)

Pricing

"Make Your Own Wine" is available in cask quantities starting at $285.00 per cask. Each cask will yield approximately 27 to 29 bottles.

Single Bottles — Wines are also available for purchase starting at $15.99 per bottle.

Wine Tasting — Wine tasting is held daily at the winery and the cost starts at $7.00 for a flight of 4 wines of your choice. Pick from our vintner flight or our semi-sweet flight, each includes our Cowtown Winery souvenir wine glass.
